Quite darkly coloured and impressively concentrated nose of cassis, red licorice and a spicy note, it’s broody and opens up generously with some air.

The tannins are typical Chorey, a little sappy and firm but the texture is quite expansive and full bodied. The is a latent liquored cherry and redder fruit flowing through the back palate.
